Finca Chimeneas is located in a tranquil setting just 2.6 kilometres from Pastelero, with its 2 excellent bar/restaurants serving delicious traditional Spanish dishes. Pastelero is located mid-way between the villages of Villanueva de la Concepcion and Almogia on the MA3403. Malaga Airport is just 50 minute drive from the house, so the house is ideally located for your Andalucían adventure but the emphasis here is on peace, tranquility and enjoying the stunning views from the beautiful terrace to the sound of goat bells in the distance. You are far enough away from everything to allow yourself to relax and enjoy the countryside knowing you can dip back into the bustle of life very quickly.
We are conveniently located to visit many UNESCO World heritage Sites. 25 minutes drive away is El Torcal de Antequera, a stunning natural park known for its unique limestone formations, walking trails, biodiversity and panoramic views. A further 10 minute drive is Antequera, a charming town known for its rich history of Roman Ruins, Dolmens, Moorish Influence & iconic landmark of La Pêna de los Enamorados. An hours drive is the famous El Caminito del Rey, (The King´s Little Path) which offers breathtaking views of El Chorro gorge & the Guadalhorce river. A ticketed walk is a must to enjoy all beautiful scenery along the 7.7kms linear walk.
Finca Chimeneas is nestled in approx 2 acres of land and has mature gardens that surround the house. The house is generously proportioned with a feeling of space in all rooms. Finca Chimeneas has been renovated and stylishly furnished to provide a luxurious and comfortable holiday home. The emphasis is on peace and tranquillity with beautiful countryside views. The Finca is at the end of Los Callejones Alto and surrounded by mature gardens so not overlooked from any direction.
The sitting room’s main focal points are the fireplace to one end and the double doors at the other end which lead out to the pool area. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including dish washer, washing machine, hob, oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, hot water kettle, Nespresso small capsule machine, filter coffee machine, toaster & hand blender. Full kitchenware is provided.
The master bedroom is bright with double doors leading to a covered terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a perfectly placed sunken bathtub with overhead shower, a stylish vanity area with twin sinks and toilet.
The second bedroom is large enough to be made up as a king or twin. The door leading to the terrace lends to more views and access to the pool. The large en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The walkway from the bedroom to the sitting room has 4 large double built in wardrobes, perfect for storage.
The house has air-conditioning in both bedrooms, large ceiling fans throughout along with shutters on all windows and doors. Starlink WiFi is available along with full international tv channels.
Outside there are 4 sunbeds and two parasols for shade on the large terrace next to the pool 8mx4m. There are two covered areas to enjoy during your stay with seating for 4 in each area. There is a gas BBQ & utensils along with terrace light, ashtrays and lanterns. The gardens which hug the terrace area provide privacy but still allow for stunning views and a platform for the breathtaking sunset.
